Model 5000 The newest and most advanced transplanter ever  The Model 5000 is the most advanced planter available today. A new cam activated plant ejection system, six cup feeder, adjustable shoe and easy adjust patented ski system to eliminate the packing wheels, makes the Model 5000 the fastest and easiest-to-use transplanter on the market.  Features Movable seat and foot mount offer rows as narrow as 12". Cam activated plant ejection eliminates timing requirements and increases speeds. New adjustable shoe that uses one bolt to easily adjust the shoe width to make it fit most cell sizes. Easy ski adjustment for quick change "on the go" depth control for any cell size.  Smaller diameter 6 cup feeder increases speed and operator efficiency and has no gaps or spaces for plants to fall between. Operators weight situated over the toolbar, not the planter. All planters are driven with our EZ17 drive system for quick change spacing. EZ 17 Gauge wheel drive system 12 row Model 5000 Model 5000W has Packing Wheels for use in no-till, river bottoms or muck conditions      The new Model 5000W has all the features of our popular 5000 planter with packing wheels for no-till planting or soils that will not flow properly under our patented ski system. Model 5000WD B3                                     Model 5000WD 2 The new Model 5000WD has all the features of our 5000W planter with our patented float wheel drive system to drive the planter and prepare the soil. Above are shown with optional cushion seats. The 5000WD 2 comes with barrels and barrel mountings (not shown) and is equipped with an optional poly double disc shoe and six tray carrousel. Model 4000  The Model 4000 is a high speed transplanter that is designed to handle many small cells.  Features for the Model 4000 & 6000 The patented Float Wheel Direct Drive System provides accurate spacing, firms and smoothes the soil, and floats independently of the unit. The new, quick-change timing device allows timing changes with only the turn of a bolt. Provides accurate cell placement and uniform depth control in all types of field conditions. Model 6000  The Model 6000 unit has the same features as the Model 4000, but it is 30% to handle taller, leafier plants like cabbage or tobacco, and up to 2" tray cells. Planting speeds of 3,000 to 5,000 per hour have been recorded.
